Bio: Tad began his insurance career as a captive agent with National Farmers Union in 2008, by starting a scratch agency. In 2009, he was awarded the top new agent honor for all of National Farmers Union, and then top Nebraska agent in both 2010 and 2011. In 2012, Edeal decided to transition to an independent agency and joined Derby Insurance Services, Inc. In 2016, he formed and operates Insurance One, LLC.
